Vineyard: Organically farmed fruit sourced from two different parcels.
Tasting Notes: Richer and rounder than your typical Muscadet. Notes of ripe yellow fruit and minerals make this a great pairing for richer seafood dishes.
Food Pairing: Pan roasted sand dabs with butter & white wine, Dungeness crab with drawn butter, light salads
Production Notes: Fermented with native yeast and aged on the lees. A small amount of sulfites was added at bottling.
