Tasting Notes: Juicy, high-acid, and delicately structured, with aromas of red flowers, cranberry, tarragon, and minerals. Summertime glou-glou in a liter-sized bottle.
Food Pairing: Barbecue, charcuterie, grilled salmon, steak with chimichurri
Production Notes: Fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled with minimal sulfites.
